With Axis' comprehensive and flexible training offerings, you don't need a technical background to gain data management expertise and success.

Our training staff are professionals who have in-depth knowledge of PATS software and healthcare trends. We structure training based on your organization's goals and timelines. Typically, this includes a combination of online, interactive, instructor led web sessions and comprehensive onsite, instructor led curriculum. We have found this combination to be very effective for most organizations, especially when starting a new program. 

PATS core training

A structured curriculum designed to address all key PATS software features that are relevant to your organization. This series provides the training needed for your staff to become proficient in data entry, validation, reporting, and if applicable, harvest and submission to national and/or state databases. This series is ideal for new PATS users.

PATS core training usually takes between two and four days, and may be delivered online, onsite, or a combination of both. 

PATS custom training

Over time, you may decide to implement new PATS modules, build a custom registry, increase knowledge of PATS reporting and analytical tools or you may just need refresher training. Axis can help! We fully customize special training sessions to meet your needs.

PATS custom training sessions are scheduled based on desired curriculum and may be delivered online, onsite or a combination of both.

Extended Training Services (ETS)

Extended Training Services (ETS) can assist you with specific training and consulting services that fall outside standard support agreements. Need a complex M&M report by next week? Use ETS to gain timely access to a PATS Application Specialist who will quickly and expertly assist you with topics like:

Extended Training Service hours are FREE with multi-year maintenance and support agreements and can also be purchased in multi-hour packages.

Free webinars

Free training webinars are offered a minimum of once per month. Selected topics vary to meet customer needs and include subject matter like: M&M reporting, data cleanup and validation, quality performance measures reports, and seldom used tools in PATS. All webinars are hosted by a PATS Application Specialist.
